This is The Offical UFC 144 Card

Three shows from now UFC will be making its return to the land of the rising sun since UFC 29 in 2000 and its bringing 12 fights with them. The official card line up is stacked with countrymen of Japan but only Yoshihiro Akiyama will be representing Japan on the main card of the show as he will take on Jake Shields.

The card will feature Frankie Edgar defending his lightweight title against Ben Henderson and Rampage Jackson will be taking on Ryan Bader in the semi-main event.

No word has been given if the prelims will air but I wouldn’t be surprised to see them at least on FUEL or FX. Since the show will be in Japan the start time for the show will be 10pm ET instead of the usual time.
